BIP holders who are Australian tax residents should complete US withholding tax forms provided by BIP’s registered broker (BNY Mellon) to ensure BIP Distributions and sale proceeds from the disposal of BIP units are not reduced by any US withholding tax. US withholding tax forms completed for Prime Infrastructure will not be valid for this purpose and new forms must be completed.
