The Multiplex New Zealand Property Fund (Fund) paid a final distribution of 2.1336 cents per unit to unitholders on 1 June 2018.
The 2.1336 cents per unit return of capital represents the final payment from the Fund to unitholders.
All Fund units were cancelled on 12 June 2018. A final exit statement was sent to unitholders on or around 18 June 2018.
Annual tax statements were sent to unitholders in late August 2018.
